Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Customers must provide an unboxing video as proof for any return request. -
Return Request Timeline
Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests beyond this period may not be accepted. -
Condition of Returned Items
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible. -
Non-Returnable Products
Certain products such as innerwear, accessories, and items purchased during clearance sale may not be eligible for return unless defective. -
Exchange Option
If the same product is available in stock, an exchange can be processed. If not, a refund or store credit will be provided as per the customer’s preference. -
Refund Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or as store credit. -
Courier & Pickup Arrangements
Sri Fashions will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner wherever available. In remote areas, customers may be asked to ship the item back manually and share the courier receipt. -
Return Charges
For eligible returns due to damage or wrong item delivered, return shipping charges will be borne by Sri Fashions. For other cases, charges may apply as per policy.
